Shipping

Items will be shipped out via USPS Priority mail within 2-3 business days of order placement. 

Returns
If an item is unused, unworn, unwashed, we'll take it back within 30 days.

To complete your return, please email us at info@pinaviva.com with your order number and reason for return.  You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.  

Sale items (if applicable)
All Sale items are Final Sale. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
